Kickboxing cardio circuit class. this is definitely a total body workout. You will lossen up those tight hips with kicks, improve in all areas of fitness from endurance to flexability. Get the lean body you are looking for.

KaOs

Want some organized KaOs. This 90 minute class is for all levels. 30 min of spinning up stairs in the spin room, 30 minutes of boxing on heavy bags, 30 minutes of TRX suspension training. Can’t make in during the week? This is a great way to start your weekend. Plenty of room to get everybody in class holds up to 36 people. 12 in each room. Guarantee to have fun and meet new friends on the same journey.
